Final Year Project

Project Title

Exploring the Correlation of Social Capital and Employment of Women with Disabilities from Different Classes

Description

This paper aims to research if women with disabilities from higher-income backgrounds have greater social capital compared to women with disabilities from lower-income backgrounds, and therefore if the former has better employment opportunities. Since Social Capital is an abstract concept, there are certain indicators like wealth and social aspects assigned to it. These will be measured through a structured questionnaire filled by Women with Disabilities with the assistance of the organization NOWPDP (Network of Organizations Working for Person with Disabilities).
